Namaste, I'm Binit.
I was born in Nepal, and this is my country — every ridge of it, every festival on the calendar, every story passed down at my family's table. I started NepalFacts because most of what the internet says about Nepal is written by people who visited for two weeks and left. The mountains get mentioned. The flag gets mentioned. The rest — the part that actually feels like home — usually doesn't. This site is my attempt to fix that. Here you'll find facts about Nepal written by someone who grew up inside it. The history without the tourist-brochure varnish.
The festivals as they're really celebrated, not just photographed. The food, the languages, the geography, the everyday culture — explained clearly, sourced honestly, and updated as the country changes. I write for two kinds of readers: Nepalis who want a reliable place to point friends and family abroad, and curious people anywhere in the world who want more than a listicle. No fluff, no copy-paste, no recycled listicles. If something here is wrong, tell me — I'll fix it. If something is missing, tell me — I'll write it.
Dhanyabad for visiting !!
